At Weekend Atelier, we focus on maintaining product hygiene and quality standards.
No Returns Policy
- We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances
Exchange Policy (Only in Valid Cases)
We only offer exchange if:
- You received a wrong item, OR
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Items must be in original condition with tags intact
Shipping Charges for Exchange
- Customer will bear the return shipping cost
- Customer will also pay delivery charges for the replacement item
Exchange Not Applicable If:
- Customer ordered wrong size
- Change of mind
- Slight color difference due to lighting
